Terms of Use

These terms apply to the ateelgolf.com website and the ATeeL Golf app (together, the "Service"), run by ATeeL Golf in Atlanta, Georgia. By creating an account, joining ATeeL+, registering for an event or using the community, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us.

2. ATeeL+ membership

• Billing. ATeeL+ is billed quarterly to the card on file, at the price and on the schedule shown when you join and in the authorization you agree to. You can see your plan, next charge and card on file in your dashboard or the app.
• Rate lock. Where your plan says your rate is locked, it won't increase for as long as your membership continues without a break. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies.
• Cancellation. To avoid being charged for an upcoming quarter, cancel before that quarter starts. Canceling before your membership starts means you won't be charged; canceling after it starts ends your membership at the end of the quarter you've paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails we'll retry it and email you a link to update your card. Member benefits may be paused until the payment goes through.
• Benefits. Perks are provided by our partner venues and are subject to their availability and rules. Perks are for the member only and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. Quarterly perks don't roll over. Your member QR code changes every quarter; sharing it or misusing perks may lead to membership being suspended or ended without refund. Partner venues and perks may change; we'll aim to replace any perk that ends with one of similar value.

3. Events

• Spots are confirmed when registration is complete and, for paid events, when payment is received (card payments immediately; Zelle once we confirm receipt).
• Unless an event says otherwise, event payments are non-refundable once paid, but you may cancel unpaid registrations yourself. If we cancel an event, we'll refund what you paid for it.
• Golf involves physical activity and risk. You participate at your own risk, and specific events may require a separate waiver.

4. Community rules

The members-only community (directory, messages and the Tee Sheet) is for connecting with other members about golf. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post or send content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or discriminates against anyone, or is hateful, obscene, sexually explicit or violent;
• is spam, advertising or selling, or impersonates someone;
• shares someone else's personal information without permission, or is illegal or infringes others' rights.

You can report any post, reply, message or profile and block any member. Our admins review reports, and we may remove content and suspend or ban members from the community — typically within 24 hours of a report. You're responsible for what you post; by posting, you give ATeeL Golf permission to display it to other members within the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, ATeeL Golf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Partner venues are independent businesses responsible for their own services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let members know by email or in the app; continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms. Changes to ATeeL+ pricing never affect a locked rate.
